Obtaining an RMA

  • To return a product the customer must obtain an RMA number and provide proof of purchase.
  • To initiate an RMA, please contact support@compatily.com or fill out the contact form below.
  • Please include details of your order number, drive models in use, and operating system so that we can better assist you.

Shipping the product back to Compatily

All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a note detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue, not including shipping time. Please follow the below shipping instructions to ensure your returned parts are accepted:

  • Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box with plenty of packing material to prevent damage during transit
  • It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Upon receiving the product, Compatily will replace your product (at Compatily's discretion) and ship it back to you within 24-48 hours (dependent upon availability) via UPS or FedEx
  • Ship the product with a copy of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to the RMA Warehouse nearest to you which will be indicated in the response emailed to you.
